Information about payments, cancellations and conditions of our accommodation.

Payment is made upon arrival at the accommodation.

Cancelation conditions

·          Flexible Cancellation - 1 day

·          The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels the day before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.

·          No prepayment is required.

Exceptions in changes and cancellations

· Clients can change the dates of their reservation, as long as we have availability and with the same reservation conditions.

Children and extra beds

· Children of any age are allowed.

· Children 2 years and under stay for free.

· Children 2 years and under can stay for free when using an available cot.

Extra beds

· People 7 years and over are charged EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

IMPORTANT: IN FRONT of Calle San Matías nº17, IN FRONT of the Andalusian Institute of Women. To the right of the Imperial Church of San Matías. Go up the stairs of the church and to the right you will find our portal.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT

TAXI: the most recommended.

BUS: Available upon arrival of each flight. The price is 3 euros. It takes 45 min. Get off at Catedral / Capilla Real (Calle Gran Vía). From there you will see Plaza Isabel la Católica. Go there and from the same square you have Calle Padre Suárez. Go up this one a few meters and on the right you will find Calle San Matías. 4-5 minutes walking to the apartments. See the pictures.

HOW TO GET FROM THE BUS STATION.

TAXI: the most recommended and fast. Price 10-12 euros.

URBAN BUS: 33. Get off at Catedral / Capilla Real (Calle Gran Vía). From there you will see Plaza Isabel la Católica. Go there and from the same square you have Calle Padre Suárez. Go up this one a few meters and on the right you will find Calle San Matías. 4-5 minutes walking to the apartments. See the pictures.

HOW TO GET FROM THE TRAIN STATION.

TAXI: the fastest and most recommended. Price of 8-10 euros.

BUS 4. Stop 200 meters from the Station. Get off at Catedral / Capilla Real (Calle Gran Vía). From there you will see Plaza Isabel la Católica. ·          Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the establishment. Free.

1) Ganivet car park. 3 minutes walking.

ARRIVAL BY CAR.

(PLEASE DO NOT follow the GPS instructions, follow the instructions below. Then you will have time to park your car wherever you want).

Although the center of Granada is an area restricted to traffic, you CAN circulate following the following itinerary by car (there is NO problem with the cameras you will find):

On the A 44 take the exit --- Exit 13 (Centro-Recogidas) - Calle Neptuno - Calle Recogidas - Calle Ángel Ganivet - in this street find the parking, park your car and walk three minutes to our Apartments. See the pictures.

It is essential to subsequently provide us with the vehicle's registration (only at reception upon arrival, or even the next day, presenting the driver's identity document).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

·          Check-in hours: Check-in from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

·          Check-out: Check-out until 11:00

·          Keys are collected at the establishment

·          There is a reception. You can check in before 14:00 if the apartment is available. If not, we will keep your suitcases at our reception until check in time.

What if this doesn't work?

-          The door has a code

-          We also offer self check in service, arrive at any time comfortably even if the reception is not open.

-          Follow directions to get there by car.

House's rules

·          You can not smoke.

·          Pets are not allowed.

·          Parties / events cannot be held.

·          Speakers and bluetooth devices cannot be loud or loud.
